Modular ICQ client. Offers many plugins, you may choose from many GUIs (GTK, Qt, console).

Supports all standard functions like contact list (synchronized with ICQ server), file transfers, chat mode, tabbed windows, user search, history, skins.

I'd like to pick out optional SSL encryption, run-on-event scripting, and dockapp support!! Licq is probably the only real dockapp ICQ client at this time. (see bottom-right corner of the screenshot)
