The main appeal in Galeon is its slender design and speed. The icons on the browser itself are small and cleanly designed, and look better than the increasingly cartoony buttons found on most Web browsers. That means the buttons take up little of the space that one would rather use for, well, browsing. | Arkhart is a strange world in which humans and insectomorph creatures called "Daphyrings" live together. Every part of the world has been created from scratch, so it isn't another D&D-style roleplaying game. In the single player mode, one will need to solve a lot of tightly linked quests, in order to help Delshest IV keep his Snattalian Empire. In the multiplayer version, the game master will finally play an important role : he will choose a list of quests, or create new ones using Ark editing tools ; he will ensure that the difference of level between the players isn't too big at the begining of a game. During the game, he'll be able to add monsters or to play non-playable characters, in order to adapt the difficulty of the quest to the skills of the players. Arkhart uses/develops the Ark engine, which provides edition tools, a 3D client, and scripting facilities for the server. Any help in any field (graphic, programming, scenaristic background) will be gratefully accepted. | ||
